About Prøve.no
Prøve.no has helped over 350,000 students pass the Norwegian driving theory test since 2005. We're Norway's most widely used practice service for the theory exam, and 81% of our students pass on their first attempt (Prøve.no internal data) — compared to a national average of just 53% (source: Statens Vegvesen).
What we offer
We provide practice questions for every Norwegian driving-licence class: car (class B), motorcycle, moped, tractor, light truck, truck, minibus, bus and snowmobile. We also cover specialised tests including ADR (hazardous goods), professional driver qualifications (YSK), taxi, boat and VHF radio.
All practice tests are available in Norwegian, English, Ukrainian, Polish and Arabic, and work on mobile, tablet and PC. We also have a dedicated app for iPhone, iPad and Android.
Who writes the questions?
Every question is written by our own content team in collaboration with experienced Norwegian driving instructors, then reviewed by active instructors before publication. We rely on the same sources Statens Vegvesen uses: vegtrafikkloven, trafikkreglene, skiltforskriften, and the Vegvesen handbooks. When regulations change we update the questions continuously.
