The website Prove.no is owned and operated by Cloudline AS. The company's own employees develop and run the website, and provide customer support.

Storage of data at Prove.no

To be able to give you as a user, the best possible experience, we will store some information about each test you have taken. We store which test you have taken, when it was started, which questions you answered, and if you answered them correctly. We also store your IP address to help us find an correct any problems with our website.

If you have not logged in during the last three years, your account will automatically be deleted. If you wish to delete your account before the automatic deletion, contact our support and we will delete your account.

Payments

No personal information such as e-mail, phone, name, or date of birth will be shared with a third party unless it is necessary to perform the payment.

Analysis

Google Analytics is used to monitor and analyze website traffic and user behaviour. Tracking codes for re-marketing are used to enable ads directly targeted at our previous visitors or customers.

Cookies

We use cookies to recognize the user from one pageview to the next. The website will not work if cookies are disabled

Email and support

We handle support cases in Groove. All questions and requests are answered by our own employees, and no one without authorization has access to the communication between us and a customer.

Newsletter

New users are automatically added to our newsletter, unless they actively opt out of the newsletter when they register a new user. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by editing your user profile.

In all emails from us, there is a link you can use to unsubscribe from our newsletter. We will never share your email address with anyone else.
