Terms of purchase

Our terms

• The access for this website is for one person only. If the access is shared with others, it may be revoked.
• Purchases are only refunded when unused.
• New codes are valid from they are input, or from the time when any active codes expire.
• All prices are in Norwegian Kroner and include VAT where apliccable.
• Return of physical products are accepted within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Norwegian law. Returned merchandise must be in approximately the same shape as when purchased, and the attached form ("angreskjema") must be used. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the full purchase amount will be return to the customers credit card within one week after we receive the returned product.
• In accordance with Norwegian law, customers have a 2-year right to complain about defects on all purchases.
• By purchasing from us you agree to our privacy policy.
• All your rights as specified by the norwegian consumer purchase act ("forbrukerkjøsloven").
• We take no economic liability for any losses caused by errors or shortcomings of our products. Physical goods that are damaged on arrival at the customer will be replaced after the damaged good is returned.
• In the event that Prøve.no and the customer can not agree, Nordhordland Tingrett will be the governing jurisdiction.
• We do not place any additional limitations on the use of physical products purchased from us, but access to our web page is personal and not to be shared.
• Your method of payment is charged immediately when a purchase is performed, and access to the website is immediate once we have confirmed the charge.
