You can apply for an adapted test, for example with audio support, extended time or an interpreter. Prøve.no has practice questions in Norwegian, English, Ukrainian, Polish and Arabic, so you can learn the material in your own language while getting used to the Norwegian wording you will meet at the exam.

Yes. Class C1 has group 2 health requirements, and you must provide a medical certificate from a doctor both the first time and at every renewal. The licence is issued for up to 5 years at a time. From age 66 it is issued at most until the day before you turn 71, and after 70 it is renewed one year at a time. You never re-sit the theory test at renewal — a new medical certificate is all that is needed.
