The world's coolest crosswalk?
Iceland is testing how to make crosswalks safer. The result is a fascinating optical illusion.

The crosswalk is simply painted on the road, but due to the way it's painted, it appears to rise up from the surface. This should hopefully make drivers more aware of the crosswalk, and at first glance it looks like something you need to stop for, which they hope will also lead to reduced speed.
