An example from the question set

You are approaching a railway level crossing and see this white flashing signal. What does it mean?

The signalling system is operational, and you may pass the level crossing in accordance with the traffic rules.
You must stop at the stop line and wait until the signal goes out.
A train is approaching and you must not cross.
The signalling system is out of order, so you must judge for yourself whether it is safe to cross.
Explanation

A white flashing signal at a level crossing shows that the signalling system is operational and that you may pass in accordance with the traffic rules – there is no train approaching right now. A red flashing signal, by contrast, means a full stop: you must halt at the stop line or at a safe distance in front of the signal, because a train is approaching. Still, keep a lookout – a white signal does not relieve you of the general duty of care.

Thank you so much for the fantastic help you have given me! Today I passed the theory class B on the first attempt, without stressing about it. I even thought you had harder questions than the actual theory test, many pluses from me!
